The "Slow" thread you linked to left me behind somewhat. But I did note that you you say the query is cached by sql, so subsequent similar queries are sped up. This is not my experience. Selecting "Home > Genres > Ambient > Various Artists" renders my PC inoperable every time I attempt the query. I'm totally perplexed as to why exactly the same query is fine via the remote.
