I don't quite understand how flac stores the tags internally.  I tried
tagging the files with UTF-8 characters in both foobar and MP3Tag
program. All other tags are entered with the same UTF-8 characters. 
Both programs displayed the characters correctly.  However, when
SqueezeCenter scan the library, it displayed all UTF-8 characters in
other tags correctly except the Genre tag.
