I have all my artists sorted Christian - Surname. ie Lily Alan, not Alan, Lily.
One CD 'Later - Live with Jools Holland' is a compilation album. It appears to be correctly tagged in that Tag&Rename identifies the correct 'Artist' for each track eg, Lily Alan, Smile, for track 21. For the 'Album Artist' Tag&Rename shows 'Various Artists' for this CD. The compilation tag is set. All seems OK. But in the SC listing for Artist, I get Lily Alan in the 'A' group. ie all Lily Alan now sorted as Surname - Christian. I've checked quite a number of the Jools Holland - Live artist tracks and it appears to be consistent. All result in the Artist being reported Surname-Christian in SC artist listings. I'm not sure if this is a bug in SC or just the way the particular CD is tagged. Thoughts? PS..I posted somewhere else about 'missing artists'...this was one of the reason they appeared to be mising.
