I've just been pointed at this thread - I'm not ignoring you, I just
haven't been keeping up-to-date with the forum (way too much traffic!).

One thing I will say, I've made some changes to trunk which may have
broken things so for now you're best staying with r65 which I've tagged
as RELEASE_1.0.0
