Can't help specifically unless your router is the same as mine - Netgear DG834PN; although I think most Netgears are similar. Is that what you use? Otherwise, ISP's often publish their DNS addresses on the imternet. Try googling for <ISP_Name> DNS adress. Someone else here may be able to give more info!
