Did you do a factory reset on receiver/controller (or whatever your
SB's are - cant't remember) as well as changing DNS options. It only
worked for me after I did that!

I did it in this order:
1. Change DNS in router then re-boot it
2. Update firmware
3. Factory reset Receiver
4. Factory reset controller
5. Go through complete setup (as if new) of SBR & SBC

Just clutching at straws for you :-(
