Well.... I updated to fw 61 then did as you suggested by manually entering my ISP's DNS addresses into 'Use These DNS Servers'. Went back to factory settings on controller and receiver then walked through setup. Can connect to SqueezeNetwork now with controller and PC. Well done! That's what I call superb support.
