Whats 200mb's these days? iTunes is getting on for 100mb's now, people
are used to larger downloads these days. It might be an significant
increase, but imo it would be worth it for the headaches it would save
some customers and support staff. You could also offer a 'lite' download
version too, with an explanation that it will need internet access to
update players firmware.
