as subj indicates I think this would "Now Playing" the first list item, and the rationale is: -Due to the "resistance", the endpoints are easier to hit. -I assume that for a large part of the users the "Music" entry is a main entrance to ones library, and therefore very often accessed. -There is a hard-button shortcut to the "Now Playing" screen.
For similar reasons I also suggest using the end of the root menu list for something more commonly accessed than Settings. Personally I suggest, in decreasing order of importance: -Favorites -Turn of player (this could come at almost no cost since they are currently the 2. respectively 3. last entry anyway).
