Hmm, this might actually be a good point to keep the voting system. 

Adding a vote doesn't clutter the bug report. Keeping the voting system
might even be a way to avoid that users add pointless comments to the
bug report just saying that they like this bug/enhancement to be
corrected.

I started the thread because I liked to hear your opinion, so I'm
listening.

If you are saying that voting is useful when you prioritize things,
I'll keep voting on enhancements and bugs I like to be corrected. I just
felt that maybe it isn't used much when I looked at the statistics.
