I'm finding the same things all files are fine in the MusicIP GUI and appear in mixes, but in SC/SS only the MP3 files have the M flag, Apple Lossless (m4a) do not. Don't think it is new in 7.4 though - I had same problem in 7.3.3 too WhaleOil
