I can also confirm that I'm experiencing this behavior (on both 7.3.3 and 7.4), Windows XP. The files that are not showing up all appear to be .m4a files that are are successfully analyzed and mixable in MusicIP, but not showing as mixable in Squeezebox Server.
The full field listing says the file format is "MP4."
