I think there's some transcoding going on, or at least the content_type stored 
in the database by the scanner doesn't match the file names.

i.e. I have a few .m4a files, that are analysed in MusicIP, but in the 
Squeezebox Server database, they have content_type='mp4' not 'm4a'.

That means it's not in the list of supported musicIP content type formats, and 
the url wouldn't match either, so it won't find the file in MusicIP.
