Hopefully not, I can accept that the context menus are used for
reordering things that's not going to change often but we really don't
want them for reordering playlists which I expect is a fairly common
operation.
As mentioned earlier, reordering stuff in a user friendly way really
requires drag&drop. Always visible up/down buttons when in editing mode
could be used as a temporary solution, compare with how menu editor in
web interface for Classic/Boom/Transporter works. Context menus
requires two clicks for moving a single position, that's at least one
click too much.
So for playlist management, I'd prefer a good solution instead of
making spending time making something temporary that won't be used
because it's too user unfriendly. There is a reason why very few people
edit their playlists in SBS or directly on the Squeezebox.
Personally, if we can't get drag&drop, I would prefer to handle the
reordering inside "Settings/Home Menu" by getting into a special mode
that showed up/down buttons on each row so you could easily move a line
5 rows up by just clicking its up button 5 times. A solution like that
would make it a lot easier to move things around IMHO.
