As garym has stated - since you are using mysb.com then there is nothing you can do until mysb.com is updated. It is also unrelated to Boom f/w.
However it is important to characterise the problem fully so that it can be fixed. Most of the alarm bug problems have been then associated with Radio so it is necessary to see if it is a bug common with Radio or separate from radio. If the bug's behaviour can be described fully then perhaps a workaround can be devised ?
