It doesn't feel weird to me from a end user perspective, if I add a
playlist, I want it to include the tracks in it even if they are stored
on a separate disk. If I've given the system a playlist that describes
where the file is stored, it should be able to use it.
>From a development/beta testing perspective, I can agree that it might
feel confusing and strange but also in this scenario it opens up
possibilities, for example to easily create a partial beta testing
library of a full library by creating a playlist with the tracks I like
to be included.
