So, an absolute wipecche scan would involve deleting all client
playlists.  Otherwise, there is no garentee that you won't end up with
tracks included in the db that lay outside of your music folder. 
That's easy enougrh to handle, I suppose, for currently connected
players.  But what about non-connected players?  Is there any sort of
API to delete stale kruft client playlists?  If not, isn't this a
problem?  I was mystified by this behavior until erland set me
straight.  I can see other users being mystified by this too.
