Are you saying that the normal "Home > Artists" list doesn't have the "Various Artists" entry that would usually list compilation albums, if the plugin is enabled, but set to "Use single, configurable list of artists"?
In the WebUI, I see the "Various Artists" still at the top of the list, displaying all compilation albums under this configuration, the same as it always has. If I switch to "Two separate lists..." mode, I see the album artist names from my compilations appear in the "All Artists" list. Also, obviously compilation albums are listed within the "Home > Compilations" list. So there are ways to easily browse compilation artists (usually Various Artists, but could be any artist name), but curiously not in the "Album Artists" list (and I agree, they should be). >It should be possible without the plugin. So I won't use this at all. I'm not sure what you mean. Do you mean that if you make the plugin inactive, you have the problem browsing Various Artists, but if it is enabled, it works as you expect?
