Please ignore the above post about the latest nightly not starting up via the Squeeze Tray.
I've just installed it again and it now works fine - very odd. The only thing I can think of is that previously I ran the Control Panel once I had installed the nightly and I tried to start LMS via the Squeeze Tray while the Control Panel was still open and perhaps that prevented LMS loading.
