Updated to as far as I know the latest:  7.9.0 - 1408216432.  I have
Additional Browse Modes plugin enabled (didn't proactively do this;
seems to be the installation default).  After disabling that plugin,
problem remains.  Issue occurs if I execute the scan manually or if its
run by the internal LMS scheduler.  No one else experiencing this issue?
