Nope, never have seen the installer and nothing on the dock.  Ran the
Activity Monitor while this was open and saw nothing that I could
identify except something called "coreaudiod" as a cpu process.  Also,
nothing I could identify in memory processes either.  What would the
process name be for this action/installer?  Doesn't look like anything
identifiable in the background.  The Cmd-Opt-Esc shows no installer
working either.
