Hello, The latest release page at https://www.blender.org/download/releases/2-93/ ends with a section called "But Wait, There're More". That section of links could easily have one added with a label of "Many Add-on Changes" that links to https://wiki.blender.org/wiki/Reference/Release_Notes/2.93/Add-ons
A gesture like this would require almost no effort, yet would at least acknowledge that Add-ons exist and are a valuable part of the Blender ecosystem.
