I think it looks good. With respect to the tooltip-ish things, I'd like to point out that autofile and file content searching are not limited to PDF files. Autofile supports any file, and file content supports anything that Spotlight can search (e.g. PDF, plain text, Word, html, OmniOutliner...). I think the distinction is worth making, since other software tends to be limited to PDF.
