Set up your table view so that "Local-url" is shown. Those with a local-url appear as a little picture of a PDF file in this column. Ctrl-click on the little picture and you get the option to "reveal linked file in finder."
Or: pull up the "get info" window for the file, and from the pull- down menu on the View-file toolbar item, select "reveal linked file in finder." I am sure that Adam M. will post a better answer than this in a few minutes, but this is how I would do this. :-) -Adam G.
