This is a bug that I fixed the day after 1.3.6 was released; unfortunately, 
that doesn't help with 1.3.6.  The release notes were no longer in the expected 
place in our subversion repository.

If you download 1.3.6, it should show you the release notes on first launch, or 
you can always read them from the Help menu.  Nice to hear that someone reads 
my deathless prose :).
