I have mixed feelings about this. On the one hand, I like it, as it  
gives a much better description of an item than a title. However it  
may be harder to find back items at a glance, as it is less terse and  
fewer items are seen at a time due to the taller rows. For example,  
when I was looking at the new FireFox 3.x, they now display the title  
in the address bar completion table. I personally found what they did  
a regression (even though it looks nice) as I found it harder to find  
back the address I was trying to type.

Though of course as Mike said, you may gain vertical space if you  
don't need the preview pane anymore.
