I'd be mostly happy with the abstract and the notes in a template, which would cover most of my needs, though I can anticipate the utility of changing the view sometimes to focus on the just the notes or abstract (particularly the notes). I'm a bit hesitant to mention it, but display of Skim notes could be another useful alternative. I can imagine that it might be useful to allow easy switching between several templates and content choices that might provide a standard detailed view or focus on particular items like the notes.
