Thanks for the pointer. I looked all over the BibDesk help file but
never thought to check the TeXShop reference panel.

Now an embarrassing question: when I pressed command + ese
combination, what showed up on my screen was the "FrontRow" program
... and I saw nowhere in FrontRow to change the triggering key
combination, neither in TeXShop. How could I modify the key
combination? Just got the new laptop for a couple of weeks and am
still new to it.
