Hmmmm.  I put it in ~/Library/texmf/bibtex/bst/ which showed up in the 
kpsepath list.  But it's not appearing in the prefs dropdown as an 
option.  Maybe the bst file isn't being seen?  Or does it need to be 
registered in some way? Or is the file itself defective?  It looks OK.
