Dear Dr. Prem Kumar
If you are really interested to open an University in Bihar ,I can be
contacted as I am thinking of the same.
Presently I am working as Rural Development professional in Govt sector in
Orissa and have witnessed large scale migration of bihari students to
Orissa/Southern states for technical courses. In fact more than 75% of
students requirements of the colleges of Orissa(67 private Engg colleges)
are met by Bihar./Jharkhand.
