Dear Mr Sen,

Perhaps you are not aware of the leakages such piercing bottles into
the roof will cause. This will be an everlasting Maintenance and
repair cost and continuing day to day trouble for ever. Insiders will
spend their time and energy in adjusting their cots and interior
arrangements. Since I am also associated with building designs I am
fully aware of the problems of this kind.
