Dr. Sharma, while I am not an expert in this domain I found it
interesting as a documentary filmmaker - it is an innovative approach
to light. An architect I know says it is workable with
" some safeguard from rain with EPDM/rubber lining and monkey proofing :-) "

I'll try it out and report back...


Meanwhile, another idea :

Half a billion young Indians is a lot of people. No way there are
going to be so many classrooms - ever. What if we put the classroom in
a bus... and wire it up ?
