This is an experiment that Google is carrying out in Tamil Nadu and it
may interest some of you :)

It may be argued that Tamil Nadu is not Bihar and of course that is true.

Since some people in the network have shown interest in the concept of
a classroom on wheels ( it need not be a bus, it can be an
autorickshaw too ) , I'll make a separate topic for this and post some
links.
