Bikies,
Right now people would probably have to walk their bike through the
Odana/Whitney Way intersection if they are not comfortable dealing with the
traffic then take the sidewalk to Medical circle. People have brought up
ideas such as some sort of crossing or overpass of Whitney Way at Medical
Circle and I have suggested a path opposite Tokay Blvd. at the Odana
intersection that would extend from Odana Rd. to the new path along the
Beltline. All of these options are down the road. The path along the
Beltline is the important first step and the next steps will be to better
connect the path to the rest of the bikeway system.
