It is a good point which I for some reason over looked
--that riding on the inner sidewalk of the cap square
is in fact legal.
I am still curious as to what people think about
riding on the "terrace" rather than the sidewalk or
the street and whether this would be legal even in
areas where riding on the sidewalk is prohibited. My
feeling is that riding on the terrace is not illegal
but, depending on the cop, might result in a ticket
that would need to be thrown out by the court.
Thoughts?
