I have a question about riding on the road when there are bike lanes available. I tried looking in the WI Rules of the Road and could not find the appropriate information. So, I thought I would ask here.
When there is a bike lane available (not separated by cement or anything) are bike required to ride only in the bike lane? Are bikes then not supposed to ride on the road adjacent to the lane?
