Mark and all.  What is suggested might be an interim requirement for bikes.  In 
the long term comprehensive bike parking ordinance changes is one of the 
Platinum Bike Committee proposals.  There are different/multiple bike parking 
needs that need to be addressed.  i.e  Employee, Customer, Resident, Visitor, 
etc.
