The current mailing list already allows for the admins (Darin, in this case) to kick if he feels like it. Any board is going to allow that - if we went to Google Groups or Yahoo! the same would be true. However, it would be nice to have some more control for threading, possibly selective digest-ing, possibly the ability to store files/calendars/etc., and more. RSS for the messages would be nice, allowing for the not having to open the mail client to read, etc.. I may choose to ignore certain posters, but that doesn't mean I'd want them kicked. I support the rights of anyone's free speech, I just don't have to listen to it. Censoring (which it wouldn't be, since we're not a government) is not the right way to treat them.
