[Bikies] changing format of listserv to discussion board (was "admin notes")

Web-based discussion boards are okay, but I like to be able to get 
messages by e-mail. Would that option still be possible?

I love the idea of a pothole/traffic blog that people could post to. I 
would check that as often as i check the weather.
