It's really good to see this list used to share information about the condition of the bike paths. For the future, it would be nice to build on this success, and share this information in a more organized way.
My fantasy would be something like the "Winter Road Conditions" map on the WisDOT website: http://www.dot.wisconsin.gov/travel/road/winter-roads.htm. A bicycle-oriented map would look different, of course, and carry different kinds of information (and it would probably have to be updated without paid staff), but it might be something we could do with the resources we have available. Does anyone out in bikies-land think this idea is worth pursuing?
