Unless biking is actually a campaign issue for that candidate, which
it almost never is, sadly.
Taken as a whole, I agree with this point. The second sentence is
key. I say 'as a whole,' because I hope we don't get into one of
those Second Amendment type debates where the *well regulated* part
of the amendment gets unilaterally lopped off by the right's favorite
part of the amendment, i.e., 'right of the people to keep and bear
Arms....' In this case, the 1st sentence as a standalone would not
work for me, but combined w/the 2nd, I'm happy.
I'd say the fact that John's post for a link to a poster for a *bike
ride* for a candidate we can vote for at our local precincts passes
muster under Darin's 1st Amendment.
