Yes the fence is up.
I got video of MG&E putting up the orange fence yesterday before 9am.
I used it as weather video for the 5pm newscast.

The snow fence is now up! They must have just done it. The lake is is still
very thick so low tire pressure and ~300+ studs per tire recommended!
