Unless your photos are in
good light, F2.8 won't do it for catching a license if the shutter
speed is fast enough for that purpose. One would be better off just
buying a manual adjusting point and shoot where the shutter speed was
adjustable and then mounting that on the handlebars. Buy an old one on
