you'd think the neighborhood would want through traffic to speed on Packers
instead of Sherman.  I know one of the TWLTL was an overweight smoker and he
is, as they say, no longer with us.

I still remember the public hearing at the Ped-Bike Subcommittee, i.e.,
before 1997 when that body was reorganized out of existence, where some
neighborhood moron said he didn't want Sherman Avenue to be only two lanes,
because it would make it really hard for his kids to cross Sherman.
