A problem for the disabled and elderly also.

Okay, except, does anyone know why the walk signal button at the North Shore
crossing
(which must be pressed if one expects to get the appropriate crossing signal)
is now more
than arm's length from the pavement?

Options as this is currently configured appear to be to either:

1. ride through the mud (or whatever turf gets planted there, shortly to become
mud), or
2. dismount to get close enough to push the button.

Are there plans to put the button on an extension from the pole so it can be
reached from the
path, similar to the one on eastbound Wilson at Blount? Maybe a little more
pavement?

Thanks in advance for any insight.

Michael
