Yes, the garlic mustard is incredibly thick on the West side of Devils Lake 
State Park, too. I was pulling it out a I was hiking along, and a guy asked me 
why I was pulling out the pretty flowers. If you look into the woods near the 
West side of the Northside beach looking West, there is nothing BUT garlic 
mustard.

I think you're right about bike tires picking them up.
