Hello, I'm not aware of any kids size recumbent bikes. There may be some. The smallest Tour Easy should be fairly small.
If you have a recumbent with a 26" or larger rear wheel, you can add a Burley Piccolo trailer bike. These are not recumbent but this is a good way to attach a trailer bike to an adult recumbent. They attach to a Burley luggage rack. It should work fine for Sparta/Elroy type trails.
