Since that stretch of the Cap City Trail is a toll road, will those fined by the DNR for failing to pay the toll have any recourse with DOT? Or would it take an act of...er... the legislature to get the DOT to contact DNR and request that they not charge a toll on this stretch? I wonder what the protocol is when a car road closure creates a detour to a car toll road (oh, yeah, that's right, there aren't any....). --------------------- Paul T.
