If we're ever going to be a true "Platinum" biking city handling biking infrastructure during construction better to secure safer cycling options definitely has to be a top priority, as its something that happens every year (construction) and this year its basically appalling all over town how little thought and effort has gone into accomplishing.... Back that up with prioritization of maintaining infrastructure already in place...repainting of bike lanes etc... Its always great to get additions to our facilities, like the Badger Trail..and expanded events, like Ride the Drive...but the simple stuff has got to be primary in the eyes of administering safe cycling in our fair burg. thanks go out to all the advocates and staff who help make it so.
