I biked it Tuesday and went about 20 miles south of Madison and back. Workmen were putting up signs Tuesday. In fact I saw 2 workmen put up a stop sign as I rolled to the intersection. I announced that I was the first person that had to stop at that street. It is open. It is very nice!
